I manage multiple Horizon Europe projects with a total budget of 30+ M€. In all of them, I work with an international consortium of 10+ partners and coordinate 7+ multidisciplinary internal teams.
On a daily basis, I manage an average of 5 EU proposals along with the execution of 3 coordinated projects and 3 projects participating as a core partner.
In my free time, I do all kinds of sports, which helps me to improve my concentration, organization, and decision-making skills.
Who am I?
Project management: My goal is to keep the people I work with confident that they don’t need to be worried about management.
IT skills: I am fascinated by the way that technology can boost your work on a daily basis.
Customers / partners communication: Speaking either in Spanish or English, meetings and e-mails must be empathetic and clear.
Team work: there is nothing stronger than a united team that achieves a single goal together.
Continuous learning: Learning by doing keeps me always motivated to improve both hard & soft skills.

CITRUSBUSTERS proposes an ambitious and efficient R&I initiative aimed at developing solutions tailored to address Citrus pests with devastating impacts worldwide: Candidatus Liberibacter, its associated insect vector (T. erytreae) and Phyllostycta citricarpa, considered priority and quarantine pest in the EU.
